Orem Apartments - The Devon at University Place

MJ is great! The staff here onsite will treat you like family. They also care about the site as I saw Devon (facility manager) picking up trash that others left behind. Great place to live and very clean property !

The Devon has been a great place to live. Anytime we have needed maintenance they are quick and easy to work with. Hanna is always to work with us when it comes to rent. The amenities are nice, and things are usually pretty clean in the public areas. I have very little complaints. Overall the Devon has been a fantastic place to live.

This was a great place for us to relax for a year between moves! It was kept clean, and our maintenance issues were always quickly attended to. I would say the biggest issue is parking, and would love it if we could have paid for additional assigned spots, but I realize that space is limited. All in all, a great apartment and we had amazing views for the 4th!

I was in the area and decided to pop into the office as i’ve been eyeing these apartments for awhile! I had such a wonderful tour with Hanna and she answered all of my questions. Looking forward to starting my application and potentially moving here!

My husband and I have really enjoyed living here. Any time we have any issue we've been able to call Hanna and she's been extremely helpful. The apartment is very nice and we haven't had any maintenance issues in our almost one year of living here. The walls and ceilings are pretty quiet (it is an apartment so it's not soundproof) - but still better than a lot of places we have lived. The hallways are always kept very clean and they have a trash valet included. Also it is SO safe! They have locked entrances from the outside to even get into the building. You can unlock them from your phone using your vivint app when you have guests visiting, but they can't just get into the building without being let in or having a fob. And the apartment itself has a the vivint smart home system and it really makes us feel so safe. It's been a wonderful place to live for our small family. Here are a few things that have been less than ideal. This isn't any fault of management but rather the owners. It isn't a deal breaker for us but I feel like it's important that you know before deciding to move here: 1 - You pay extra for parking and have no choice to opt out. This is fine. But the biggest problem is twice we have had someone park in our spot, we have called the parking enforcement number and they have informed us both times they only tow from the Aston and not the Devon. So essentially you're paying for covered spots that aren't enforced. 2 - There is no handicap button on any of the entrance doors. This is so frustrating if you're trying to get in or out with a stroller or a wheelchair. This definitely needs to change. 3 - There are no dumpsters you can use. They have an AMAZING trash service and they have a super accessible chute for anything kitchen bag size or smaller. But if you have bigger items that don't fit in a bag, you're out of luck. All in all, I would 100% recommend living here. You can't beat the location. The price is so worth the apartments and amenities. The management is diligent and hard working.

Toured the property and got all of my questions answered perfectly! The staff was so nice and honest and welcoming. If I end up living here, I'm sure it'll be great!

My first apartment and I moved out with my boyfriend and we absolutely love it!! It’s close to everything and the landlord is amazing and I love the high security! Thinking about renewing my lease when it’s over next year!! The Devon is amazing!!

My Fiancé and I have been apartment hunting and our experience with Chrissy at the Devon surpassed all prior appointments we’ve had. Chrissy immediately greeted us with a smile and notified us that she would be with us shortly, although she was helping another couple at the time. First impressions are everything and Chrissys immediate greeting meant a lot to me. Chrissy took the time to answer all of our questions without hesitation and with full knowledge and honesty when providing the information. She was personable, attentive, and knowledgeable about The Devon. We absolutely love the third unit we saw at The Devon after Chrissy took the time and went through three different units with us. The location is great, complex is extremely clean, and clearly maintains a great staff. In addition, Chrissy stayed 45 minutes past closing on a Friday to ensure my Fiancé and I received the best experience possible. We love the Devon and we love Chrissy. She is a rare employee to find and I’m grateful we were able to work with her! Five stars all around.

We have had an amazing experience so far with the Devon staff! We moved from out of state with only a few weeks to find and secure a place to live in Orem! The Devon had beautiful options to choose from! Hannah provided me with walk-thru videos of apartments that I was interested in and made me feel very confident with the information she provided and the extra steps she took! The whole process was digital and super simple, when we got here all we had to do was pick up the keys and go up to our new home! We love our new apartment: brand new, central location to EVERYTHING, amazing floors, large rooms, perfect kitchen, all of the appliances are high quality. The resort like extras are the cherry on top (valet trash, amazon lockers, Vivint Smart Home, etc. ). Thank you Devon staff for making this so easy and stress free!

Great place to live, clean quiet and reasonably priced. Has some pretty neat amenities and incentives to move in as well.
